In order to secure your place(s) on a trip we require a deposit of £100 per person. Bookings are taken on first come, first serve basis. A booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to you on receipt of deposit or any outstanding balance. Any outstanding balance due must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date.

We will accept bookings 4 weeks prior to departure only if the payment is made in full. You are responsible for your own motorcycle, riding manners and for any pillions with you. The valid motorcycle insurance is also your own responsibility.
Your own holiday and medical insurance must be valid for the duration of the tour and must cover holiday cancellation, accident, illness and death.
BikeWorld Tours cannot accept any responsibility of transporting your bike, you or your pillion to any alternative destination in a case of breakdown or accident.
You are required to take out your own motorcycle recovery policy.
Also in a case of motorcycle breakdown (mechanical) any repair or service will be the responsibility of its owner.
You are required to ride within the legal requirements of a host country, Bikeworld Tours cannot accept any responsibility for violation of those requirements.
Bikeworld Tours also cannot be responsible for any traffic or road conditions on each day of travel or the manner you decide to ride the roads.
You must obtain and complete an EH1C form from your local Post Office. This is an agreement within EC countries and will enable you to claim back a percentage of any medical fees.
UK passport holders need only a passport for visiting EC countries.
Non-UK passport holders must ensure that they meet all visa requirements for the countries included in the tour.
If you decide to leave the tour for any reason Bikeworld Tours cannot accept the responsibility of refunding any money.
In the instance of the acceptable minimum number of places on the tour not being reached Bikeworld Tours will offer you a full refund or compatible alternative.
We also reserve the right, in any circumstances, to cancel your booking, giving you 8 weeks notification (a full refund of all monies paid) unless the circumstances are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be made in the following situations; war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of ports, cancellations or changes to schedules by carriers ceasing to operate due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons and similar events beyond our control or where we cancel because you fail to pay the balance of your holiday cost.
Bikeworld Tours cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in channel crossing to or from the UK, whether caused by bad weather or any other circumstances. In the event of a delay you will be responsible for providing your own meals and accommodation.
If you are prevented from taking your place on a tour we can transfer your booking onto another person, however we will require 2 weeks notice and a £25 administration fee.
Cancellation charges:
Up to 56 days prior to departure date NIL
55-29 days prior to departure date 50% of total holiday cost
28-0 days prior to departure date 100% of total holiday cost
We are not responsible for death, personal injury or illness caused by activities in which a participant engages outside of the itinerary of the tour.
Sometimes vegetarian diets can cause problems for the hotels. Although, we do our best to advise them on individual requirements it is not always possible to meet everyone's special dietary needs.
Bikeworld Tours guarantees that in order to protect your money and in compliance with EEC Regulations (90/314/EEC) all payments received will remain in trust until your tour is complete.
